Just like every month, Microsoft released cumulative quality updates to its supported Operating Systems in March 2020. This month's updates, however, show a particular focus on several fixes for Azure AD-joined and Hybrid Azure AD-joined Windows 10 devices.

What's fixed
The respective updates for Windows 10 address these three issues:
- It addresses an issue that might cause a delay of up to two minutes when signing in or unlocking a session on Hybrid Azure Active Directory-joined machines.
- It addresses an issue that causes authentication in an Azure Active Directory environment to fail and no error appears.
- It addresses an issue that causes authentication to fail when using Azure Active Directory and the user's security identifier (SID) has changed.

When you are experiencing issues with Azure AD-joined and Hybrid Azure AD-joined Windows 10 devices, then give priority to the March 2020 cumulative quality update for the respective Windows 10 version(s) in your organization(s) over older updates.
